- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is: W31P4Q-05-P-0627, the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. The associated NAICS code is 334220 and small business size standard is 750. This procurement is to provide the following for the AGM-65 and Hellfire II missile programs for the U.S.Army Developmental Test Command (DTC), Redstone Technical Test Center (RTTC).: A. One hundred (100) Maverick Antennas with the following frequency requirements: Frequency: Quantity: 2205.5 MHz 25 2230.5 MHz 25 2255.5 MHz 25 2270.5 MHz 25 B. Twelve (12) Antenna Assemblies This requirement is to be delivered to the RASA Central Receiving Building 8022, Redstone, AL 35898. Required delivery is 180 days after contract award as follows: ACCEPTANCE: Destination FOB POINT: Destination This item is restricted to Haigh-Farr, Inc., Cage Code 34747, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 6.302-1 (a) (2) (only one responsible source/limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will sat isfy the requirement). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The contractor will be responsible for completing the annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certific ations Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
