Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation covers 16 individual sites in Michigan. You must bid ALL or NONE. The effective date is August 01, 2005 but only one site must be ready by that date. The others will be phased in over the following months to 01 April 2006. This is an e ffort to consolidate these existing services into one contract without disrupting the current cleaners. On 01 August 2006, all 16 sites will be cleaned in this one contract (the 1st Option Year with 3 more Option Years available until the end of the contr act on 31 July 2010.) Please submit your bid electronically (preferred) or by fax. Please pay attention to the Solicitation Insert on page 3 for payment details and a new reporting requirement. You MUST complete the Representations and Certifications portion (52.212-3)and ret urn it with your bid. You must also be CCR registered to be considered and you MUST be a Small Business of any type.
