- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are requested. Solicitation number RMK0E050030 is applicable and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition 2001-03. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business with a NAICS Code of 424430 and the business size maximum is $12.0 million. The performance period is a basic year and four (4) one year options. Please provide costs for the basic year and four one year options. Yogurt Rasberry Half Pint 12. Yogurt Strawberry Half Pint 13. Vanilla Yogurt Half Pint 14. Yogurt Strawberry/Banana Half Pint 15. Assorted Yogurts Half Pint 16. Sour Cream 5 pound 17. SM Crd Cottage Cheese 5 pound 18. Low Fat Cottage Cheese 5 pound 19. Citrus Mini bags 20. Ice Cream Bar 12 Pack 21. Orange Cream 12 Pack 22. Ice Cream Sandwiches 24 Pack Any award resulting from this request for quotations will be made to a responsive, responsible quoter. Quotes will be evaluated on a best value basis. Evaluation factors include past performance and price, with both being equal. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. An addendum to this provision is applicable, in which the term offeror, whenever it appears, shall be replaced with the term quoter. Quoters are required to submit completed copies of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their quotes along with a DUNS Number. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and does not include any addenda. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statures or Executive Orders, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following clauses within 52.212-5(b) are applicable to this acquisition: 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33.
