- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, NSWCDD, intends to purchase Sole Source from valid re-sellers of LYNXOS software licenses. The following 5 items: Quantity of 1 Lynxos ODE Solaris Host, 5100 Target, Annual Support, part number A-ODES-MP44-4; Quantity of 1 Lynxos ODE Solaris Host, 5500 Target, part number A-ODES-MP74-4; Quantity of 8 Lynxos Kernel Plus Utilities Runtime, 5 QTY, part number L-K2-PPC-400; Quantity of 8 NFS Client Runtime, 5 Qty, part number L-NFC-PPC-400; and Qu! antity of 8 TCP Runtime, 5Qty, part number L-TCP-PPC-400. The equipment will be used at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) to support establishing and maintaining an Aegis Open Architecture development and testing environment. The systems being built must replicate the systems developed, exclusively, for the Aegis program, by Lockheed Martin. The sole source nature of this procurement is to maintain compatibility with the developer of the Aegis OA computer programs. The equipment will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The closing date will be July 20th 2005 with an anticipated award date of July 26th, 2005. All items quoted, must be inclusive of shipping and handling fees. All items will be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, Virginia. Delivery shall be 30 days after receipt of order. All warranty and discount information shall be clearly identified in the quote. The GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISS! UE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. IF QUOTING GSA SCHEDULE, ALL QUOTES MUST PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION TO INCLUDE SHEDULE AND PAGE NUMBERS OF ITEMS QUOTED. WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION, THE GOVERNMENT MAY NOT CONSIDER YOUR QUOTE.
