Description

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) is issuing a source directed combined synopsis solicitation for DSCA Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP). All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. This procurement is for continuous coverage for WebInspect software maintenance/support that includes coverage for the annual maintenance on WIPU V4.0 which includes all product updates, upgrades, and technical support via phone and e-mail. This product will ensure uninterrupted technical support and will ensure licenses remain in effect for the DSCA Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP). All associated support services also include any troubleshooting required with the WebInspect Software product. Offerors may download the entire solicitation, at the following website: http://www.dsca.mil/programs/biz-ops/business_operations.htm. The solicitation will be posted to this website by COB 15 July 2005. All questions in regards to this solicitation should be directed in writing to Nadine Payne, Contract Specialist, Email: nadine.payne@dsca.mil and toye.latimore@dsca.mil. No telephonic request will be entertained. All question must be in writing . NO EXCEPTIONS. The cut-off date for questions is 20 July 2005 at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Proposals are due 1 August 2005 at 9:00 A.M. EST. NO EXCEPTIONS.
