- U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to issue a contract to Jefferson Utilities, Inc., 120 Industrial Boulevard, Kearneysville, WV 25430, for the construction of an extension from the public water service to the Training Center located at Harpers Ferry, WV. CBP intends to solicit only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals; however, prospective contractors who believe they can successfully propose must provide specific detailed technical documentation to support such claims and abilities. No award will be made on the basis of any proposal or other information received in response to this notice as this is a notification of intent to acquire and not a request for proposals.
