- Description
- The U.S. Coast Guard, Maintenance and Logistics Command Atlantic (MLCLANT), Norfolk, VA is procuring Janitorial Services to be performed at USCG Sector Northern New England. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies and supervision to perform Janitorial Services at the USCG Sector Northern New England. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5 -- Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. A firm-fixed price services type contract will be awarded to the responsible quoter, whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and technical factors considered. The Base Period of Performance will be from 01 October 2005 through 30 September 2006 with nine one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government, for total contract duration not to exceed 10 years/120 months. This requirement will be issued under Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business set aside procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a size standard of $14.0 million. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as prescribed in FAR Clause 52.232-33. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number HSCG84-05-Q-AA1122. The solicitation, and any subsequent amendments, will be available electronically on the MLCLANT Intranet Web site http://www.uscg.mil/mlclant/fdiv/fdiv.html on or about 18 July 2005 with a closing date for receipt of quotes by 01 August 2005. No paper copies of the solicitation and/or amendments will be distributed. All vendors will be responsible for obtaining the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from that site.
