Description

AMENDMENT NO. 0004 to the subject JHITS solicitation is hereby issued and the specific sections will be available for viewing/downloading on the JHITS website at url address "https://jhits2.nctamspac.navy.mil/vendor" on 15 July 2005. (Note: Instructions to register for access to the website are contained in previous postings for this subject solicitation.) a) Amendment No. 0004 is issued to state the deadline for question submittals in Paragraph L17.(b), extend the proposal due date in Paragraph L21.(g), and change the DITCO-PAC address in Paragraph L21.(h) as follows: b) Replace Page L-6 with Page L-6 Amendment 0004. In Paragraph L17 (b), the deadline for submitting questions to the JHITS website, url address https://jhits2.nctamspac.navy.mil/vendor, regarding the subject solicitation and the JHITS site visits is 20 July 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time (HST). c. Replace Page L-9 with Page L-9 Amendment 0004. i) Paragraph L21.(g) is revised to read - ?Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on 29 August 2005 to the location stated below.? ii) Effective 28 July 2005, the physical location and mailing address for the DITCO-PAC office changes. The change in office location affects the proposal delivery address as stated in Paragraph L21.(h). Paragraph L21.(h) is changed to read ? DITCO-PAC/PL72, Attn: Ms. Angela Margin, Ref: Solicitation No. HC1019-04-R-0008, 477 Essex Street, Building 77, Room 180, Ford Island, HI 96860-5806 d. All other conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged by issuance of the subject RFP amendment.
