Description: Appraisal services for Single Family Residences in the various counties of Kentucky. This is a Request for Quotation on a Standing Price Quotation basis. The Government reserves the right to make awards on either a standing price quotation basis with individual purchase orders, or on a BPA basis, or both. See RFQ-05-004 for the Blanket Purchase Agreement method RFQ. Multiple awards are anticipated. Attendance at a USDA, Rural Development, Kentucky State Office, Mandatory Appraiser Orientation Session is reqired. The contractor must be either a Kentucky CGRPA (Certified General Property Appraiser) or, a CRRPA (Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser).
