Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons Central Office is seeking quotes from interested parties in the Wasington DC, Virginia or Maryland area - to provide all labor, equipment, installation and related materials to replace the Air Conditioning Unit and Dry Cooler in the HOLC Building Computer Room located at 320 1st Street, NW, Washington,. Rm. 370. All solicitation documents and related information and/or correspondence will be posted here. No other method of solicitation distribution will be used. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238220. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Award will be based on the lowest acceptable offer and past performance. Prospective offerors are advised that registration in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) database is mandatory. In addition, prospective offerors must also be registered and complete the On-Line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible QUOTES SHALL BE SUBMITTED AS ONE FIRM-FIXED PRICE FOR THE ENTIRE JOB. OFFERORS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIRED PRICING STRUCTURE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. THERE WILL BE ONE SITE VISIT HELD ON THURSDAY, JULY 21 2005 AT 8:30 A.M.
