Description

The Bay Pines VA Medical Center anticipates awarding a sole source procurement with Zumro, Inc. of Hatboro, PA for the following items: (1) Item number 7800 air shelter, model 216 (white)-2 each; (2) Item number 7812 connector door-4 each; (3) Item number 7836 roll-up Man-door (24" wide)-8 each; (4) Item number 7814 Window with external cover-6 each; (5) Item number 7817 Center Divider with pass-thru (Custom ? curtain)-2 each; (6) Item number 7818 Cross divider with pass-thru-6 each; (7) Item number 7819 Inflatable perimeter containment birm-2 each. NAICS code #314912 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. To be delivered to Bay Pines VA Medical Center at Building 100 Warehouse, St. Petersburg, FL, 33708. No solicitation will be issued, however, all quotations received on or before 4:00 PM, EST, August 15, 2005, will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The anticipated award date is on or before August 17, 2005.
