Description

PHARMACY WINDOWS SECURITY: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and qualified supervision necessary to perform the project 668-05-114, Pharmacy Window Security. Project includes phased removal of existing pharmacy windows and replacement with Class III Ballistic windows and wall structure, modifications to existing and installation of new finishes, minor electrical work, and certain other items as defined within the project drawings and specifications. This procurement is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Bids from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 1, 2005. There will be a non-refundable $25.00 bid package fee. Requests for solicitation package must be in writing on company letterhead and mailed, along with bid package fee to VA Medical Center Spokane, WA, Attn: Richard Hague (90C), 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205. Bids are due no later than 2:00pm PDT on August 30, 2005, in Building #5, Room 107, VA Medical Center Spokane, WA, 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205. NAICS 236220 applies with the corresponding Size Standard: $28,500,000.00. The estimated cost range for the referenced project is $25,000.00 - $100,000.00. Bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting on August 17, 2005, at 10:00am. PDT in Building #5, conference room 107.
