- The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System is soliciting proposals for Readjustment Counseling Services for eligible veterans on behalf of the Veterans Benefits Administration, Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Services Division located in Waco, TX. It is anticipated that more than one award will be made. Services shall be provided in the following Counties: Bell County, McLennan County, El Paso County, Taylor County, and Tom Green County. Providers must be physically located within these geographical service areas. Prerequisite include all necessary State and Federal credentials and licenses with a proven performance history pertaining to vocational rehabilitation or educational counseling. This procurement is a commercial items requirement and is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Participation. Applicable NAICS Code is 624310, Size Standard is $6M. Potential providers are responsible for downloading all documents and amendments from this website without further notifications by the VA.
