- This solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for SDVOSB (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) and will be a sealed bid procurement. This presolicitation notice for IFB 649-0024-05 seeks to identify those qualified SDVOSB firms who are interested in bidding this project. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and qualified supervision for Upgrade Patient Environment at the NAVAHCS, Prescott, AZ. Work to include renovation of bathroom/shower rooms, new waiting room, storage, nourishment centers, patient room renovations to relocate med gas panels and upgrade patient lighting, flooring, painting, ceiling and certain other work required per specifications & drawings. Attempts will be made to post the Solicitation (IFB 649-0024-05) documents and drawings and have them available for download from the web site http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/ or http://www.eps.gov/ on or about August 2, 2005. Amendments issued to the IFB will also be posted to the website and bidders are advised it is their responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all amendments. It is essential that interested parties register on the bidders mailing list for the solicitation to receive notification of amendments. The Pre-Bid Walk Thru and Bid Opening Date will be included to the posted IFB. All bidders, suppliers and subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend. In accordance with FAR Part 36, the cost range for this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000 and NAICS Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $28.5 million. The award of this contract is subject to the availability of funds.
