Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Purchase Request number is 7C001212557797 as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-04 (8 Jun 2005) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20050606. It is the offerors' responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The following clauses applies to this solicitation: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (October 2003). The following clauses under 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items(April 2005) applies to this solicitation: 52.225-13, Restrictions on Certain Foreign Purchases (March 2005); 52.232-34, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer- Other than Central Contractor Registration (May 1999).
