Description

SERVICES NON-PERSONAL: Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, transportation, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide 45 GSM mobile cell phones for local and nationwide use of airtime, with no roaming charges. Additionally, the contractor shall provide 22,500 pooled minutes, detailed billing, and maintainability of current phone numbers. All mobile cell phones shall have the ability to receive and send text messages via the phone and e-mail without additional charges, and provide 10 spare un-activated phones that shall be used as spares, and be replaced as used for no additional charge.
