Description

This is a HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. NAICS Code: 238220. Annual Receipts: $12.0 million. Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies, and coordination required to construct/install sprinkler system, Bldg. 301, Robins AFB, GA (Project 040488). This requirement will be solicited as a competitive Hubzone set-aside in accordance with FAR 15. It is our intention to award a firm-fixed price contract by Request for Proposals. The estimated date for release of solicitation for RFP will be on or about 01 Aug 2005 with an estimated response date of 01 Sep 2005. The magnitude of this construction project (including options) is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance will be 275 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Copies of the solicitation will NOT be provided on compact disk (CD-ROM) or paper. Interested parties should register online and subscribe to receiving procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the website http://fedbizopps.gov/. To be eligible for contract award, prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov.
