Description
Synopsis: This sole source solicitation is for an IDIQ for 3 different items appl to Night Vision Device Support Equipment. This is for a basic with 4 annual options. NSN 6625-01-431-8615CX, P/N ANV 20/20, 24 EA with 116 EA option; NSN 6625-01-374-9681CX, P/N ANV 126-001, 26 EA with 112 EA option; NSN 6695-01-393-1962CX, P/N NVG-102B 4 EA with 27 EA option. Delivery: 30 days after receipt of reps or order, whichever is later. This buy will solicited via email to Hoffman Engineering Corp with the approximate response date of immediately. The buyer is Sheri Beard, WR-ALC/LSKC, 380 Richard Ray Blvd, Suite 104, Robins AFB GA 31098-1638. Telephone 478-926-7424, FAX 478.926.7530, e-mail Sheri.Beard@robins.af.mil. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestors are acceptable. The request for solicitation should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage code Number, Size of Business pursuant to NAICS 334220, 750 employees. Sole Source to: Hoffman Engineering Corp., Cage Code 06097. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
