Description

30MM M789 High Explosive Dual Purpose (HEDP) CTG, NSN 1305-01-268-9373, P/N 12902728, exercising an option quantity of 97,020 each. The technical Data Package (TDP) associated with the LW30mm M789 HEDP cartridge is coded Distribution X, which means distribution is authorized to U.S. Government agencies and private individuals or enterprises eligible to obtain export-controlled technical data in accordance with regulations implementing 10 USC 140C. To receive the TDP, all interested contractors must have a current approved DD Form 2345 on file at the defense logistics service center HTTP://www.dlis.mil/jcp/. This requirement is restricted to Alliant Techsystems, Inc. (ATK) Anoka, MN, and is synopsized for subcontracting purposes only.
