Description
CONTACT Daniel Corwin, (732) 532-3724. This is a Market Survey to locate potential sources for the supply of 100 each re-conditioned HSIs that were manufactured/produced by Astronautics Corporation of America (ACA), Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The followi ngs are pertinent information to the ACA HSIs; ID-2278B/A, NSN 6605-01-316-2748, ACA Part Number 132750-5. The ID-2278B/A HSI is unique to the Army fleet of Black Hawk UH-60 Helicopters. The Government is seeking any companies that may have purchased ACA HSI's as surplus equipment and is in a position to do necessary repair/overhaul work. The re-conditioned HSI's must meet all requirements of Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWR)11-6610-402. As a minimum, the offeror must have in possession at least 100 each ACA HSIs; can provide a one year warranty period on the 100 re-conditioned HSIs from date of delivery; and can deliver 20 units starting 90 days After Receipt of Order (ARO) with continued delivery of 20 per month thereafter unitil completion. T he offeror must also have in possession the necessary Test Equipment (TE) to pre and post test the ACA HSI's. TE will not be provided by the Government as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) for the re-conditioning effort of the 100 each HSI's. Companies capable of performing this effort must indicate, by writing to Commander, USA CECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AC (Daniel Corwin), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043. Companies must also demonstrate that they have the intimate knowledge of the system and have past e xperience performing work on similar systems. Companies will be require to warrant that the re-condtioned systems will perform satisfactorily when used for their intended purpose.
