Description

The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District intends to solicit for the following services which requires the contractor to coordinate with the points of contact assigned by the U. S. Army environmental Center to provide the necessary person nel, materials (except as furnished by the Government), equipment and facilities to accomplish the task of: Program Management; PreConference Management: develop/maintain program budgets, program design, meeting and specifications preparation & strategic marketing, On-site Logistics: facility interface, coordination, program handout materials, meeting room set-up, on-site registration & on-site catering events, Production: sound/video rentals, large-screen projection, equipment specifications/recommenda tions, Exhibit Management: exhibitor requirements, program management, promotion, floor plans and traffic flow, exhibitor load-in/move-out, Post Program: master account reconciliation, post-event reporting. The objective of this task is to provide proje ct management for the UXO/Countermine Forum Conference to be held in 2006 in the six (6) key areas. The requirement is Un-restricted.
