Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: The Contractor will provide planning, teaching and facilitation services for the US Army Corps of Engineers Sough Pacific Division (SPD) Leadership Development Program (LDP). The Contractor will provide program leadership, which in cludes but is not limited to being accountable for content, delivery, and outcomes. The program involves several meetings/conferences, regularly scheduled teleconferences, and travel to various training sites. The Contractor will work closely with progra m participants, the Senior SPD Manager and local Steering Committees. The Contractor will be responsible for assessing, tracking and reporting of program participants progress. The contract will be for a one year base period with three one year options, each option year at the Governments discretion. This Procurement will be conducted under FSC Code: R408 SIC Code: 8299 NAICS Code: 611430. The size standard for this code is $6,000,000. TYPE OF AW ARD: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is a Small Business Set-Aside, and all responsible small businesses may respond. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 3 Aug 2005. All responses to the RFP should be received within 30 days of t he release of the solicitation. Receipt date and time will be provided in the solicitation document. ORDERING SOLICITATION: The solicitation for this project will be available for downloading on the Sacramento District Contracting Divisions Internet Ho me Page at http://ebs.spk.usace.army.mil/ . Any future amendments to the solicitation will also be available for download from this web site. REQUESTS FOR COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION IN ANY OTHER FORMAT THAN WHAT IS ADVERTISED WILL BE DISREGARDED. It is important that you first go to this web site and under contract division home page, click on the advertised solicitation you are interested in. Go to plan holders registration.
