Description: Project Title & Location: Oakland Harbor Navigation Improvement (50 foot) Deepening Project, Entrance Channel Dredging, Phase 3D, Alameda and San Francisco Counties, California. This procurement is an Unrestricted IFB. Job Description: The work consi sts of dredging of approximately 871,000 cubic yards of material in the Entrance Channel of the Oakland Inner & Outer Channel Harbor. Dredging of the material shall be to a project depth of minus 50 feet MLLW, plus 2-foot allowable overdepth; paid overdept h is 1-foot. The dredged material shall be transported and delivered to the Government furnished disposal site, Montezuma Wetlands Project site (MWP); or the dredged material shall be transported and delivered to the alternate Government furnished dis posal site, SF- Deep Ocean Disposal Site (SF-DODS). This procurement is: UNRESTRICTED. NAICS CODE: This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code 237990. The size standard for this NAICS code is $17.0 Million. Estimated cost is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The recommended goals for subcontracting are: Small Business: 50.9%, Small Disadvantaged Business: 8.8%, Women-Owned Small Business: 7.2%, HUBZone Small Business: 2.9%, and Service-Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business: 0.5%. It is important that you first go to this website and under Contracting Division homepage click on the advertised solicitation you are interested in. Go to Plan Holder Registration.
