Description

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting proposals on solicitation number 201815R020 to furnish all effort and materials to design, build a free standing two level, 110 SF floor area, 20 and 40 FT elevations, Observation Tower. Material optional, prefer aluminum, with 40 year minimum service life. Design and construction shall meet IBC, and OSHA design standards, and be stamped by certified professional engineer. The project is located at Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge, Hidalgo County, Alamo, Texas. The price estimated price magnitude is $25,000 to $100,000. The total performance period is expected to be 120 calendar days or less. Proposal evaluation will be on Best Value process (Technical, Past Performance, and Price). The project is solicited restricted competition as small business set-aside, NAICS Code: 238190 ($12M AGR). The solicitation will be available on or about August 5, 2005. A pre-proposal site visit is expected to be held starting the week of August 15, 2005. These timelines are preliminary, specific dates will be included in the solicitation package.
