- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to purchase sole sourced from Rave Computer Association, 36969 Metro Court, Sterling Heights, MI, for the following requirement, which is being issued to provide 6 Rave portable engineering workstations targeted for shipboard and RDT&E use. These workstations must be specific to existing systems and therefore compatibility is essential. Rave Computer Association is the only vendor capable of providing the required products, which are compatible wit! h the existing Rave workstations DoD will no longer award to Contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database. SAP procedures will be used in this procurement and a fixed priced purchase order will be issued. FOB Destination shall apply. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Faxed or emailed quotations are acceptable. The Request for Quotation number is N00178-05-Q-1174.
