- Fisc Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure through full and open competition, packing, containerization and local drayage services of Direct Procurement Method for the Naval Support Activity Crane, IN. Contractor is to provide services of inbound, outbound and intra-city for the following area: Area I - Indiana Counties: Knox, Davless, Martin, Orange, Lawrence, Monroe, Greene, Sullivan, Vigo, Clay and Owen; Illinois Counties: Jasper, Richland, Lawrence, Crawford, Edwards and Wabash. The cntract is for a twelve month base period commencing 01 January 2006 through 31 December 2006 plus four (4) twelve month options. An Indefinite Delivery Fixed Price Requirement type contract is anticipated, with services to be acquired under individual delivery orders. The applicable NAICS code is 488991.
