- Fisc Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure through full and open competition, packing, contrainerization and local drayage services of Direct Procurement Method for the Naval Support Activity, Crane, IN. Contractor is to provide services of inbound, outbound and intra-city fo the following area: Area II- Indiana Counties: Posey, Vanderburgh, Warrick, Spencer, Perry, Dubois, Pike and Gibson. The contract is for a twelve month base period commencing 01 January 2006 through 31 December 2006 plus four (4) twelve month options. An Indefinite Delivery Fixed Price Requirement type contract is anticipated, wtih services to be acquired under individual delivery orders. The applicable NAICS is 488991.
