Description

This solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract for all supplies/services necessary for the installation of ten workstations split between two sites and loaded with one-time payment perpetual licenses of the latest commercially released version of Power Systems Simulator for Engineering (PSS/E) computer program for nation wide electrical system modeling, analysis, planning, and evaluation of power transmission of the State of Iraq. Offsite training shall also be provided as outlined in the solicitation. The work for this project is expected to be completed no later than eight weeks after receipt of the award.
