- AMENDMENT NO. 0003 to the subject JHITS solicitation is hereby issued and the specific sections will be available for viewing/downloading on the JHITS website at url address "https://jhits2.nctamspac.navy.mil/vendor" by 15 July 2005. (Note: Instructions to register for access to the website are contained in previous postings for this subject solicitation.) Amendment No. 0003 is issued to affect changes in Section B, Attachment J1, Attachment J1-Appendix B, Attachment J3, and Attachment J6. The specific changes to the sections mentioned are as follows: Section B - Paragraph B.1.a (Page B-1) - changed reference from L25 to L24; Paragraph B.1.1.a (1) (Page B-3) - changed reference from L25 to L24. Attachment J1 - Paragraph 1.3.7 (Page J1-4) - Changed "All hardware and software in the network shall be Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certified as interoperable as specified." to "All hardware and software associated with the switched service components shall be Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certified." Paragraph 2.1.1 (Page J1-11) - changed FCC CFR Title 47, Part 64 to October 2004; Paragraph 2.1.2 (Page J1-12) - added DOD Instruction 3222.2 (4.1) and corrected title of DOD C-3222.5; Paragraph 2.1.3 (Page J1-15) - removed DISA COOP reference and added DISAC 310-70-1; Paragraph 2.2.1 (Page J1-17) - Removed ANSI T1X1.3 reference; Paragraph 2.2.1 (Page J1-19) - added R2004 to T1.119.02-1998; Paragraph 2.2.1 (J1-21) - Changed R2000 to R2004 T1.604-1990; Paragraph 2.2.1 (Page J1-22) - added date to T1.646-1995; Paragraph 3.1.15 (Page J1-65) - modified reference to DOD 3222.5 and added reference to 3222.3; Figure 3-6 (Page J1-98) - removed Conditioned Diphase and added DSL; Paragraph 5.4.g (Page J1-140, formerly J1-141) - replaced DISA COOP reference with DISAC 31-70-1; Pages J1-iii through J1-vi - updated Table of Contents to reflect these changes. Attachment J1, Appendix B - Paragraph 2.2.4.1.5 (Page J1B-7) - added the word "each" and added an "s" to "meet" in the second to last sentence. Figure 3-1 (Page J1B-27) - Building Numbers updated. FO cable OC-48C removed. Attachment J3 - Paragraph 2.5 (Page J3-4) - changed Building 202 to 203; Paragraph 2.14 (Page J3-8) - changed second floor square footage to 5,116; Table 3-1 (Page J3-12) - updated HTT-P site building/room numbers; Paragraph 5.1.2 (Page J3-18) - removed second paragraph, reference to L.28; Tables 5-14 (Pages J3-20 to J3-44) - changed all fiber optic cables to type "FO", added cable FOR-PCP-FO1 to Table 5-14f, added cable PH1-FO1 to Table 5-14p. Attachment J6 - Table 6-1 (Pages J6-39 through J6-41) - Army Milcons updated, some removed; Table 6-2 (Page J6-42) - Marine Corp Milcons updated, some removed; Table 6-3 (Pages J6-43 through J6-44) - Navy Milcons updated, some removed; Table 7-1 (Pages J6-47 through J6-101) - chnaged OTR to correct rate, deleted one circuit; Removed Intentional Blank page on J6-169; Pages J6-iii though v - updated Table of Contents and List of Tables. All other conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged by issuance of the subject amendment.
