Description

The work shall consist of, but not limited to, providing all labor, materials, transportation and performing all work necessary for improvements to Family Housing, 570 Military Family Housing units at Arnold Terrace (1 unit), Kadena Heights (1 unit), O?Donnell Gardens (1 unit), Terrace Heights 65 units), Stearly Heights (56 units), Stilwell Park (56 units), Jennings (176 units), Marek Park (68 units), Washington Heights (52 units), Bazley Tower (2 towers, 88 units total), Camp Courtney (4 units) and Plaza (2 units), Okinawa, Japan. Options include: Option 1 - renovation of bldg 8181 (4 units) in Washington Heights, Option 2 - provide covered parking structures in various MFH locations, Option 3 - add family room in Jennings MFH, Option 4 - utility infrastructure upgrades in various neighborhoods, Option 5 - mechanical and electrical upgrades in Bazely towers, Option 6 - remove, provide and install new doors and windows in various neighborhoods. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is 12,549,000,000 Japanese Yen ($100,000,000) to 31,372,500,000 Japanese Yen ($250,000,000). NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN, AWARD CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN
