Proposed procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Delivery is 68 days ARO. FOB is Destination to locations listed on DSCR Form P-41 for an estimated annual quantity of 14,458 EA. This procurement is set-aside for a Hubzone small business. QAP is 008. This is not considered a commercial item. This final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
