- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items:</p> 0001- Mechanical Power Leaf Brake. Bending length 121 inches capacity (mild steel), 1/4 inch minimum flange on 1/4" steel Clamp, stroke length 3 inches. All steel construction, motorized top adjustment, power clamping, bending leaf brake, deluxe limit switch stops, dual operator control stations, 7.5 H.P., 1800 RPM, open type ball bearing motor with reversing magnetic starter for operation on 220/240 volts, 3 phase, 60 cycles. Electro-pneumatic 4-way valve power clamping, adjustable deluxe limit switch stops to control range of travel & multiple repeatable bends. Quantity-1 EA</p> FOB: Destination for delivery to 620 J Ave, Bldg 1360, RM 120 Sheppard AFB TX 76311</p> This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F3V5L15157A100. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard 333518 , Size Standard, 500 Emp, applies to this procurement.IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
