Description

Furnish all labor equipment supplies and materials to install site irrigation, site lighting, and concrete sidewalks at the Fort Benton Interpretative Center. Work under this contract is located in the city limits of Fort Benton Montana, which is Choteau County approximately 40 miles north east of Great Falls, Montana. The irrigation system will consist of furnishing and installing piped underground drip irrigation-sprinkler system with pump, pump controls, piping, sprinkler heads, emitters? valves, manual electric solenoid-controls, electrical feeders from local panel, and control box located in the round house, a manual drain, blow out assembly and a fertilizer feeder. It will also require providing required water and electrical services from locations on site. The area to be irrigated will be approximately 1.9 acres, consisting of 1.7 acres of sprinkler irrigation and .2 acres of drip irrigation. The site lighting will consist of furnishing and installing parking lot lighting, walkway lighting, and sign lighting as per the specifications and plans. The work shall consist of installing 6 parking lot lights and towers, 3 walk way lights, and 2 sign illumination sights. The concrete work will consist of furnishing and installing approximately 5400 sqft of 4 inch thick steel reinforced concrete sidewalk as per the specifications and plans. Estimated start date: March 1, 2006 Estimated end- delivery date: June 1, 2006 The estimated cost for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Awards over $25,000 will require payment protection in the form of Irrecovable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond to be received within 10 days of notification of award.
