Description

This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure specific make of the following: (100) A24A120 Inform Flush Steel Panel 24", 10' ; (15) A6A120 Inform Flush Steel Panel 6"Wx10'; (200) SF-721-D Straight Post Cover, 10' Ceiling high; (200) SF-7519-X-1 Panel Chair Support; (60) SF-771-X-10 Ceiling Channel 3" deep 120" long; (20) SF-4524-X-10 Floor Channel, 120" long; (100) SF-5579-X-4 4" high Projected Base, 120" long; (15) A42DFA120R Inform Hinged Door Frame w/ Steel Transom 42" R.H., 10': (90) SF-718-X-2 Tee Post Clip; (80) SF-7531-X-1 L Door Frame Base Plinth Left Hand; (80) SF-7531-X-1 R Door Frame Base Plinth Right Hand; (15) SF-7531-X-10 R Door Frame Base Plinth at Right Corner. Brand name required. Evaluation factor will be lowest price. This is an All or None request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as the FAR clauses 52.212-4, 52.212-5 and the DFARS clauses 252.211-7003.
