Description

The Federal Correctional Institution, Waseca, Minnesota will be issuing a solicitation for Forensic Psychological / Psychiatric services. The successful contractor will perform section 4241 and/or 4242 evaluations resulting from referrals from the courts at the request of the Chief Psychologist at the Federal Correctional Institution, Waseca. The resulting contract will be for twenty-five (25) 4241 evaluations, and twelve (12) combination 4241/4242 evaluations. The period of performance will be from date of award through September 30, 2006. The anticipated date of award will be October 01, 2005 based on the availability of funds. The solicitation will be available on or after July 25, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solcitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
