Description

WANTED: Structural steel manufacturer for military grade heavy transport vehicle frame rails rated at 113,000 psi beam strength. Frame rails will be ?C? channel in type, doubled (i.e. one inside the other) (per side). Length will be twenty-four (24?) + feet, width will be eleven and one half inches (11 ??) + outer dimension of outer frame rail with a height of three and one half inches (3 ??) + outer frame rail. Material thickness of three-eights of an inch (3/8?). There will be four (4) cutouts maximum in outer frame rails with three (3) cutouts maximum in the inner rails. There will be minimum of one-hundred-three (103) holes and a maximum of one-hundred-eighteen (118) holes. Bolt holes will vary in size from three eights inch (3/8?) to one and one half inches (1 ??) in diameter.
