Description

Janitorial Services to be performed at VA Medical Center, Somerset Primary Clinic, located at 104 Hardin Lane, Somerset, KY, for the period October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006, with options to extend the term of the contract for four additional one-year periods. Services include, but are not limited to furnishing all necessary equipment, labor and supplies to provide daily janitorial services for approximately 4200 square feet of clinical building space, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of the contract. NAICS Code 561720, with a size standard of $14 million is applicable. Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued as authorized by FAR 13.5, commercial item format, and will be available approximately July 22, 2005 for download at no cost from the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Offerors will need to click on RFQ 596-03-06 in order to download the solicitation documents. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments, which will be posted at this site. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
