Description

The W.G. (Bill) Hefner Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Salisbury, North Carolina intends to solicit proposals and award an estimated quantities, firm-fixed price, non-personal services contract for Health Care Resources in accordance with Public Law 104-262 under the authority of Title 38 USC Section 8153. Multiple awards will not be made. This sources sought ad is requesting a response for pharmacy services for the CBOC Charlotte at 8401 Medical Plaza Drive, Charlotte, NC 28217. The contractor shall provide the supplies and services to include medication counseling, pharmaceutical products and services in an established pharmacy to VA beneficiaries treated at the CBOC Charlotte for a base year and 4 options from the date of contract award. The NAICS Code is 446110 with a small business size standard of $6 million. Responses to this notice should include the following: Name and address of company/provider, whether the firm is large or small based on the $6 million size standards, pharmaceutical capabilities and any other pertinent information which demonstrates firms ability to meet the above requirement.
