Description

The 347th Contracting Squadron/MSCB is seeking sources to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a maintenance agreement concerning Steris equipment. I. GENERAL: Provide annual maintenance to include unscheduled maintenance calls. IAW commercial standards. II. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be approved by manufacturer. III. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: a. Shall be stated in the terms of the agreement, standards for each company varies IV. REQUIRED SERVICES: Annual maintenance and unscheduled service calls. Preventative maintenance inspection. Items are listed below: a. Steris Cent Vac SD 480v Sterilizer, SN 010700407, Platinum b. Steris Cent Vac SD 480v Sterilizer, SN 010650406, Platinum V. PAYMENT: a. The Contractor will be paid on an annual basis via EFT. The performance period is one year (1 Aug 2005 through 31 July 2006) with four one-year option periods, unless either party cancels the agreement by providing a 30-day written notification. Please indicate your interest as a potential source for this BPA by providing a quote for director services no later than 29 July 2005.
