Description

ACA - The Americas, Mission Support Division will issue a solicitation for procurement of Travel Agency Support Services. The Contracting Officer anticipates competition within the immediate area of Quito, Ecuador. Travel Agency Support Services wi ll support the United States Military Group - Ecuador (USMILGP-EC). Support services include but are not limited to making airline travel reservations and coordinating delivery of customer airline tickets to locations identified by the USMILGP-EC. The in stant contract award will be for a 12-month base period and two 12-month options. The contract vehicle will be a Fixed Price Requirements contract. The solicitation issue date is anticipated on or about 28 July 2005 with a closing date of 11 August 2005 . Performance is to begin on or about 01 September 2005. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. Potential offerors must provide the Contracting Officer written notificat ion by e-mail or facsimile and identify their business size to develop a list of potential offerors. The NAICS Code is 561510 with a size standard of $3.0M (subject to the Small Business Size Standards note 10).
