- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9124N-05-T-0025 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through F ederal Acquisition Circular 05-04. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334111 and the small business standard is 1,000 employees. Quotes should be submitted with an overall firm-fixed-price unit price along with a cost breakdown. A drive with loaded software will be provided to whoever gets the award so that the software can be loaded onto all 116 computers prior to delivery. DELIVE RY DATE: NLT 01 SEPTEMBER 2005. If a quote is determined to be acceptable technically and in terms of the delivery date, price ma y become the determining factor.
