Description

NAICS code 441229, All Other Motor Vehicle Dealers, PSC 2420 Tractors. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to noncompetitively issue a purchase order to Sutter Equipment Co., located at 80 Chamberlain Avenue, Navato, CA 94947-4333 for: 1) SWECO 480 Crawler 83HP, 2) rippers float action-hydraulic, 3) tine harrow-4' wide , 4) winch hydraulic 12,000 lbs pulling mounted on ripper bar, 5) backup alarm 84 decibels, 6) fire extinguisher #10 Class BC, all of the attachment must fit the SWECO for the use at the Redding Field Office located in Redding, CA. The SWECO 480 Crawler is uniquely made crawler. The SWECO 480 Crawler is designed to perform very rigorous trail maintenance and construction on narrow, steep and ofter rugged terrain. The SWECO 480 is custom engineered and manufactured to carry out these tasks. The SWECO has a 6 way articulating 4' blade which allows more diverse features, width 48", Length 13'-1", height 6-8', ground clearance 8", gross weight 9000lbs, max blade lift 24", max blade drop 24", max blade angle 30 degree, max blade tilt 25 degree. Firms which meet the above requirements should submit their qualifications in writing specifically the addressing six (6) criteria described above to the Contracting Officer. All responses received within 15 calendar days will be considered. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
