- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office/Flex Space Trenton, Michigan The United States Government seeks to lease office/flex space consisting of approximately 15,000 rentable sq. ft in Trenton, Michigan and surrounding municipalities (including Southgate, Wyandotte, Riverview, Flat Rock, Rockwood, Gibraltar and Newport) within the following designated area: North: Ford Road at International Border South: Labo Road East: Detroit River West: Fort Street South to I-75 to Labo Road The space should yield between 13,381 to 15,388 BOMA usable sq. ft. Parking is required for 60 vehicles. Parking can be located either inside or outside, but must be secured. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Deference will be given to land and/or buildings bordering the Detroit River. Please note that the space will be used by an enforcement agency.
