Description

This modification changes the solicitation release date to July 22, 2005. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment necessary for the inscription of granite niche covers for Houston National Cemetery, Houston, TX. Contract covers base per! iod from October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006, with up to three 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2009. Contractor will be responsible for: pick up; packaging sufficient to prevent damage during shipment and handling; inscribing; and returning niche covers to cemetery. Inscriptions must be completed within 20 calendar days of receipt of order. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561990 and a size standard of $6 M are applicable. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation. The RFQ solicitation document will be posted on FedBizOpps on or about July 22, 2005. Quoters are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Numbered Note 1.
