- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Furnish and deliver the following platforms: 16 ea Audiovisual Platforms for Military Tactical Operations Centers. These platforms are required to interact with 4 computers; provide real time interactive imaging on a 3 feet by 4 feet Screen. The frame must be comprised of a lightweight, durable material, which can be quickly erected and stowed into a single container. When erected, the platform must must be no larger than 6ft wide, 5ft deep and 7ft high. In its careering configuration it must be no longer t han 6ft wide, 3ft deep and 5ft high. The platform in its traveling configuration must not exceed 300 pounds. The projector at a minimum must meet the following requirements: Resolution - XGA (1024 x 768), Lumens 2000. The projection screen must have a viewing area of 3ft by 4ft and be made of a durable material suitable for extended field use; a white board is a viable option. The platform must possess at a minimum an 8 x 4 vi deo matrix switch with an internal uninterrupted power supply that operates in a click and drag environment. All cabling required to operate this platform to include interacting with computers must be included. The platform must include operating instructi ons, spare parts for short life items and a limited warranty. Must be able to produce and deliver 16 of these platforms NLT 22 August 2005. Furnish and deliver the following Mobile Video switching Distribution and Control Unit (MVDCU): 8 ea Mobile Video switching Distribution and Control Units. The base systems should include: All equipment rack mounted in a grey Hardigg double-lid rack mount case. Back panel connectors to support all available video inputs and outputs. The standard connectors should be IS-pin HD female. One Extron Cross Point RGB video matrix switcher sized. On e video control server. The control server must include a rack mounted CPU and rack mounted I u monitor, keyboard and mouse. The control server when connected to a data network provides any networked PC running a web browser software application with the a bility to control the video switch via a WEB based GUI. The GUI should have drop and drag commands to reflect the system configuration and hardware layout. Must be able to produce and deliver 8 MVDCUs NLT 22 August 2005. Specifications must be included for review.
