- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Purchase 1 each of the following: Allison Automatic Transmission Model MD307OPT, NSN 2520-01-493-6059 for Military type Vehicle M1089A1. LMTV 3116 Caterpillar Engine NSN 2815-01-467-2373 for Military type Vehicle M1089A1. Allison Transmission -- Model CLT-755, NSN 2520-01-370-7445 for Military type Vehicle M1075. Detroit Engine, Model 8V92TA, NSN 2815-01-446-5175 for Military Type Vehicle M1075. Engines and Transmissions must be new. A cquisition is for the Regional Maintenance Training Site, Kansas Army National Guard, Salina, KS. Engines and transmission will be used for maintenance training purposes. Firms that recognize they can provide the items described above are encouraged to submit a proposal. Price shall be FOB Destination. Include firm delivery date from date of receipt of order. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Award shall be made base on the lowest priced proposal FO B Destination. Multiple awards may be made. If you are submitting a price on all items, please indicate if your pricing is based on all or none of the items being awarded to a single vendor. This solicitation is prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplement ed with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912JC-05-R-4008 is issued as a RFP. This is a so licitation document and incorporates provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. NAICS code is 336312 Engine and 336350 Transmission. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (7/2002) appl ies to this acquisition. A completed-signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any proposal. The clause at FAR 52-212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (2/2002) applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract terms and Condi tions Required to Implement Satutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (5/2002) applies to this acquisition. Under paragraph b, the following clauses are incorporated: 52.203-6, Restrictions on Subcontractor Sales to the Government, with Alternate I; 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans & Veterans of the Vietnam Era; 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; 252.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans; 52-225-3, Buy American Act-Su pplies.
