- Under the authority of FAR 13.5 Test Program For Certain Commercial Acquisitions, the U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center- Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products, Inc. ( GD/ATP ), 150 Johnston Road, Marion, VA 24354-4330. This effort is to provide the Government with a total quantity of 4 co mplexing kit passageways and ramp assemblies (CKPs). The CKPs are needed to environmentally seal and connect a Shelter, Tactical, Expandable to another Shelter, Tactical, Expandable ( Shelters ). GD/ATP produced the Shelters for which the CKPs are needed to connect to. GD/ATP is the only available source of CKPs that currently interface properly with the existing Shelters.
