Description

The Bureau of Land Management, Amarillo, TX, has a requirement for Janitorial services to be performed at the Cliffside Gas Field Facility. This includes 1800 square feet of linoleum flooring in the lab building, 2100 square feet of linoleum flooring in the office building, and 1200 square feet in the control room building. The three buildings also have a total of five (5) restrooms that will require cleaning. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies and required tools and equipment necessary to perform these services. Services shall be provided Sundays after 1:00 pm and Tuesdays after 5:00 pm local Texas time. Some supplies will be Government furnished as stated on the Statement of Work. Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. GDQ051071 will be issued on or about July 22, 2005. This RFQ is in accordance with procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with Far Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 561720 with a small business size standard of $14M and the Product Service Code is S201.
