Description

The Naval facilities Engineering Command, Engineering Field Division, Specialty Contracts Core (SCCC), Code AQN00, Port Hueneme, CA 93043 intends to award on a Sole Source basis to Luminous Interactive Digital Media, Inc. (LIDM) of Santa Barbara, California a follow on effort to revise an existing interactive Miniature CD-ROM for the Engineering Facilities Service Center (NFESC), Port Hueneme, CA. LIDM developed the current version of the CD and is the owner of the source code and graphic files. This procurement is being issued using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR Part 13. See Numbered Notes 22. Vendors who wish to challenge this sole-source procurement must give written notice to the Contracting Officer within 10 days from the publication date of this synopsis.
