- This is a Sources Sought Notice (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5) to identify sources that can provide on-site, in-shop, and field maintenance and repair services in support of The Pentagon Channel (TPC) and the Joint Combat Camera Center (JCCC). Equipment and systems in use by TPC operations are installed in two primary locations: 601 North Fairfax Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314 and room 2E581, DoD Pentagon, Arlington, VA. Equipment and systems in use by JCCC Operations are installed in room 5E338, DoD Pentagon, Arlington, VA. On-site maintenance and installation support includes, but is not limited to, preventive maintenance, regular maintenance, emergency repairs, and installation of broadcast, audio, video and conferencing equipment and systems. In-shop maintenance support includes, but is not limited to, the depot level repair of broadcast, audio, video and conferencing equipment and systems including board level repair, component level repair, software and firmware loading, upgrading, and patching, and manufacturer warranty repairs considered beyond the capabilities of an on-site technician. Field maintenance activities include, but are not limited to, the set-up, operation, maintenance, and repair of broadcast, audio, video, and conferencing field production equipment and systems located within the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. A firm fixed-price contract is contemplated with basic year and four 1-year option periods. This sources sought is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10. THIS NOTICE IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR BID OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, AND IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate.
